    Effects of some Diets

    Diet is the most important thing today in order to maintain the healthy life and to stay young for a longer period. No one wants to grow old, so early, but it all depends on the diet and what kind of food your body is consuming. Researchers found out that the physical functionality of the women depends on the diet and as the women get older the diet plays an important role in their health and other activities.

    Francine Grodstein, a researcher and a senior author of the study in the CDNM( Channing Division of Network Medicine) at BWH said that the diet of the young age affects the health in the older age.

    Young people usually take fast food and drinks in their young age and they are totally unaware of the negative effects on their body which will show later in the old age. Those foods and negative effects are the responsible for many changes, some of them are diseases while others are minor disorders which occur due to the less energy in the body and which prevents them from performing daily tasks of their routine and this is the effect of the unhealthy diet.

    Researchers found some facts recently on the basis of the diet in the women.

    * Women who are active and efficient in their tasks, they took healthy diet in their young days and their intake of fruits and vegetables were so high which prevents them from aging.

    * Women who were on drinks and other unhealthy stuff were aging, so fast and their body strength was less as compared to the women who were on a healthy diet of the same age.

    * This research was totally based on the questions and answers about the diet of women and what they really like to consume in their normal routine.

    * The lower intake of sodium, sugar and trans-fat helps the women in maintaining their weight losses as well as they were able to perform their task efficiently. Fruits are the highest source of strength in these people.

    It has been found that the quality of the food is the most important when it comes to maintain the health even in the old age because that food will give energy to your body as well as it will build your body. People think that they can recover themselves when they are eating at the time, but that’s not true because that stored energy is what you are using right now.

    Physical problems become more sensitive when a person is aging, but most of the people don’t pay much attention to these issues because they think that these problems are the part of the age. Kaitlin Hagan, ScD, MPH, first author and a postdoctoral fellow at BWH said that people who are active and who like to have walk and who like to take healthy diet, they are living an independent life in the old age and their healthy lifestyle is responsible for their healthy life till this age.
